Hike Summary: The Learning Trail at Harbison State Forest is an easy loop hike that starts at the Education Center and winds past some outdoor classrooms and a small vernal pond. It is marked with interpretive signs and surrounded by prescribed forest burns which are documented and described as part of the classroom setting. Some other notes:

- the park has nice facilities and well marked trails
- prescribed burning seemed to be a big theme around the Harbison Environmental Educational Center
- there are a variety of trails here ranging from 0.4 miles to 5.8 miles, so lots of options for hikers
- there are no overnight accommodations (or isn't any backcountry camping to my knowledge)
- the other trails to the Broad River look interesting
Road Conditions: Primary Paved Roads, Secondary Paved Roads, Maintained Gravel or Dirt Roads
